Yana and George are the best realtors in town! We called then with a list of demands to win our listing....we needed to sell fast as we were in escrow on another property. I called on a Thursday night and asked them to set up a cleaning the following morning of our home, photos to be taken and the listing uploaded within 24 hours, to make the weekend buyers search. And in addition, requested they hold two open houses on that Saturday and Sunday, within two days of contacting them. They delivered and had multiple offers on our townhome within a couple of days.
