A seasoned professional, Yana Beranek has been helping clients buy and sell their homes for over 15 years. Ever since 2006 when she joined the industry and purchased her own property in the U.S. she has been working hard to deliver an exemplary level of customer service to be a top contender in the real estate industry - and she has. Yana has achieved National Award Recognition and the President's Circle Award for her excellence in sales for the past three years. In 2018, she was named a Berkshire Hathaway Top 100 Agent.

Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics and Accounting as well as a Master's degree in Finance. Originally from Siberia, Yana came to the U.S. in 1990 to attend University. Today, she divides her time between her career and her lovely family. Yana supports strong community values and is an active volunteer in her local community. She is able to utilize her local knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, daycare facilities, markets, and social activities to benefit her sellers by marketing properties to higher paying buyers. Additionally, her ability to speak two languages provides her with an international reach to which many aspire.

Anastasiia Glushneva


Anastasiia Glushneva is an Assistant at Beranek Realty Group. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and Journalism. She is advancing her degree further by pursuing an MBA from Westcliff University. Anastasiia is also bilingual in Russian and English and is currently learning Spanish. She is also a freelance graphic designer and social media manager. Anastasiia's a dedicated professional, an effective communicator, and digitally savvy.
